How often will I receive my auto-ship Kit?
The first 3 month supply will be shipped in 30-45 days after the first shipment and every 90 days thereafter to experience maximum results. Auto-ship or what we call club customers receive substantial discounts on TriLash™ compared to full regular price.

How can I be sure that my order has gone through?
Once you have completed your order on the website, we’ll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. All telephone call-in orders require 48-hours to process and enter our system. If your order did not go through then you were prompted to provide another form of payment.

What if I have too much product?
If you have too much product as a result of your Club auto-shipments then simply log-into your Club auto-ship profile on-line and modify the delivery cycles to help match your needs. Click on this link to access Club section.

Why am I being charged for shipping and processing on the free TriLash™?
The free TriLash™ TV offer will cover the product cost of the .9ml TriLash™ sampler. The shipping and handling cost of $4.95 is all you pay so that we can pay for postage and the various processing costs to execute your order. Additional S&P may apply to customers in Canada and to shipments outside the continental United States.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We ship all orders promptly to provide the best possible customer satisfaction. You will receive an email when your TriLash™ order ships. Customers who opted to not provide an email address will not have the option to track their shipment immediately.

When should I receive my order?
• Note that all orders received after 2PM (eastern time) are processed on the following business day.
• All orders received during the weekend are processed next business day.
• All standard delivery orders are received by customers within 2 to 4 weeks and rush shipments are delivered within 2-10 business days.
